Sorry, LBJ, aka King James, but this had to be done.
It’s one thing to say, “hey, this team (Cleveland) doesn’t seem to want to surround me with the quality players that it will take to win a championship in Cleveland..” or, “hey, I tried to recruit Chris Bosh amongst others to come join me in Cleveland but nobody wants to come to this dead-ass town.”
In other words, it’s one thing to leave your hometown in pursuit of a NBA Championship elsewhere.
It’s quite another thing altogether, when you do it all on national television---in extreme selfish pageantry--- and rip the hearts out of the people who consider you one of them. Your hometown will never view you the same, LBJ. Bad..bad..bad..form.
