I admire the competitive spirit. You obviously subscribe to the Pedro Martinez "chip on my shoulder"-----"Tommy Lasorda thinks I'm a piece of shit, I'll show that little fat man"-----force to light your fire. That's all well and good.
Just keep it to yourself. Nobody cares that a mega-millionaire is a little pissed off at everyone who took shots at him and his decision to take his talents to South Beach to rock out with the Heat.

I subscribe to the chip on my shoulder mentality too, King LBJ. I do some of my best work when I'm so effing pissed off and red faced. I've even created problems so I can get pissed off at something or someone because I knew it could give me a lift and put me in the zone of where I needed to be to be productive. I feel your pain. Difference is, I'm making average joe dough & people can have a laugh at me when I get that way and say, "shit, look at that little pissed off psycho Irish/German bastard with a chip on his shoulder the size of Alcatraz. He sure gets shit done when he's in his most moodiest prick-like of mind sets. " But when you're in your mid-twenties headed to Miami with one of the biggest, most lucrative contracts in the NBA and you're about to be keeping company with some of the most beautiful goddesses known to man who reside in South Beach, nobody cares to hear about the chip on your shoulder against the people taking shots at you. Not to mention, you're playing on a pretty damn good basketball team as well.
I understand that you may need to have an internal chip on your shoulder. Knock yourself out, if need be. Just don't publicize it.
Here's a note entailing what most of us common folk think about your current situation deep down inside, stripped of all bullshit...
#1) Life is good.
#2) The sexual escapades should be epic & the basketball should be entertaining & of a competitive brand.
#3) Life is good. ( I know, I said that already, but it so friggin is, son)
