Random ‘Two Cents’ On NFL Playoffs

** The New York Jets are in the AFC Championship Game?
** Good job by Philip Rivers & Co. I’m supposed to believe this kid has taken the next step as an NFL QB when all I see him do is throw up jump balls to his mammoth sized wide receivers and hope they make a play for him?
** Hey Norv Turner, Herm Edwards here, “You kick the ball off for a chance to win THEEE GAME!” Nice onsides kick Norv.
** Minnesota’s ball hawking defense and pash rush impressed the hell out of me against Dallas. What a game next Sunday to decide the title in N’awlins.
** Speaking of New Orleans, Minnesota and even Indy-----Do the fans of New England EVER make Gillette Stadium rock like those fans make their respective stadiums rock? I realize they are all dome stadiums but I don’t care. For a team with a great fan base, Patriot fans are NEVER consistently loud.
** The game was most likely headed toward a Saints rout when this happened anyway, but when Cards top cornerback, Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie went down, it was officially time to flip the channel to something like ‘Throwdown with Bobby Flay’ on the Food Network. Game over.
** Speaking of Bobby Flay, does he ever win the throwdown on his own show? Stop letting them win Bobby.. Show us you belong! I don’t need your overpriced cookbook. I need results son!
** Peyton Manning is an amazing talent. I’m sorry to all my fellow Patriots & Tommy Brady fans but Manning is the best quarterback I’ve ever seen play the game. That’s coming from someone who is a huge Tom Brady fan.
** Well, it was a great run for the New York Jets. They have no chance to win in Indy this Sunday. NONE. Going to Indy against the best quarterback in football doesn’t play into the hands of a team that capitalizes on mistakes by the opposing offense. Manning won’t oblige.
** Isn’t this the Super Bowl we all wanted to see as the season was unfolding and they were both undefeated? Saints vs. Colts. Bring it on! The two best quarterbacks in football squaring off for all the marbles.

The only thing I didn't like about the Minnesota game was the last touchdown. I know they say if you don't like it stop it but that was bad form. If you run it in so be it but no need to throw it there.

Billy Belichick would've been slingin it too, just like Tony Kornheiser lookalike Childress was! I too, do not agree with it. But that linebacker from Dallas should just shut his mouth as well. You lost. You got destroyed. Shut YO mouth!
