TCFB Random Thought On.....Justin Masterson's Performance Last Night

Even though I’d make the trade again quicker than you can say ‘Gasol is a Llama’….. I am such a huge fan of what I like to refer to as the ‘stick it up your ass’ revenge performance in sports. Justin Masterson gave us one of those last night, with a 2-hit shutout against his former teammates. Not quite as dramatically cinematic as Rocket Roger dominating the Sox in his return to Fenway (since this wasn't in Beantown), then glaring up at Duquette’s executive box as he walked off the field, but damn good nonetheless.

Kudos, kid.

I agree Chuck. The stick it up your ass performance is really one of the best parts about sports. I'm just surprised you brought it up after last night when you are the fan of the team who's ass Justin Masterson stuck it up.

he's a former player here and by all accounts one of the nicest guys to come through that clubhouse, so I gave him some props. You know me Lenny, I'm objective when it comes to these things. I love my Boston sports but I'm not a homer! Thanks for stopping in.. Yankee fans are always welcome at this address. haha..
