The World According To Ozzie…Screw That Blackhawks Parade!

(From ESPN Chicago)
CHICAGO -- Chicago White Sox manager Ozzie Guillen was excited about the Chicago Blackhawks winning the Stanley Cup and attending the Cubs-White Sox game at Wrigley Sunday night.
But Guillen insisted that the Sox's parade after they won the 2005 World Series eclipsed the Hawks' celebration on Friday.
"Way bigger. Ours was better," Guillen said. "We had people all the way from the ballpark [U.S. Cellular Field] to downtown. They didn't have that. Ours was bigger, no doubt."
I mean… really, is there a better El Capitan of a ship than my man, Oz?
The man is paid to manage, represent, and defend the honor of the Chicago White Sox and he does so with such passionate vigor.
Another team in town wins a world title in their sport…..What do you do? You shit on the turnout at their parade. You tell the world that yours was much more impressive, grandiose, or what have you. Basically you tell everyone that their parade didn’t hold a candle to your White Sox victory parade in ’05, then at the end of your little diatribe throw them a tiny bone and say you were happy and had a little tear in your eye or whatever the hell when they won. Go Blackhawks!
Usted es el effin hombre, Ozzie. Usted es el effin hombre.
When Tito has had enough in Beantown, I want you named El Capitan of this Red Sox ship. You will reduce Senor Epstein to tears with your carefree, "politically correct be damned" attitude.
Chuck
